  • Shorthanded goal at Toronto February 26th was the 12th of his career, tying him for fourth place on the team's all-time list

2009 – 2010 Season

  • Played 300th career game March 28, 2010 against the Toronto Maple Leafs
  • Scored game winning, shorthanded goal in game 4 of the quarterfinals playoff against the Ottawa Senators
  • Totaled 77 hits on the year for an average of 1.71 per game

2008 – 2009 Season

  • Became the Stanley Cup hero after scoring both of Pittsburgh’s goals, including the game-winner, in 2-1 Game 7 Stanley Cup Final victory over the Detroit Red Wings to help the franchise earn its’ third championship
  • Chipped in career high 13 postseason points (8+5)
  • Registered six points (4+2) during The Stanly Cup Final round against the Detroit Red Wings
  • Challenged Philadelphia’s Daniel Carcillo to fight in Game 6 in the opening round series. The fight sparked the Penguins who overcame a 3-0 deficit in the game en route to a 5-3 win and eliminated the Flyers
  • Topped the 20 point mark for third consecutive season with 22 (12+10)
  • Tallied two points (1+1) in 200th career game in a 7- 6 over time win November 11 over the Detroit Red Wings

Junior League

  • Helped Canada win the Silver Medal at 2004 World Junior Championships, contributing three assists in six games
  • Won the President’s Cup with the Hull/Gatinueau Olympiques in 2003 and 2004
  • Scored 299 points in 249 career games in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League
  • Scored 104 and 98 points in final two seasons with Hull/Gatineau
  • Had 73 assists in 2003-04, ranking second in QMJHL to Sidney Crosby of Rimouski
  • Scored 46 goals, 104 points in 69 games in 2002-03
  • Won Guy Lafleur Trophy as MVP of the Quebec league playoffs in 2002-03 and 2003-04 seasons. Served as Captain of the team both seasons.
